Samuel, Xavier and Luan are three young entrepreneurs that came together in Lisbon and decided to create something in order to share their common interest. With a hotel management and culinary background the idea was to develop a concept that wasn’t pre existent in the city. Having traveled extensively and being big fanatics of Italian cuisine the idea of opening a fresh pasta bar was born. Our goal at Pastaria is to make everything we can in house. The fresh pasta are made from scratch with free-range eggs and premium Portuguese flour. We take great care in finding locally grown vegetables for our sauces, as the taste of our delicious dishes depends on the quality and freshness of our products. But most importantly, we consider ourselves being a little family who loves having people around in order to show them a good time.
